2. Mr. S. K. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel submits that the he is not in possession of a copy of the consolidated petition, for which Mr. Acharya, learned counsel serves a copy on him in Court today.
3. Mr. Rout, learned Additional Standing Counsel prays for one week time to file counter affidavit in this case.
4. Counter affidavit, if any, shall be filed by 16.04.2026 serving copy on learned counsel for the petitioner.
