1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. This Interlocutory Application has been filed with a prayer for modification of order dated 17.09.2025 passed in I.A.No.2617 of 2025.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner at the outset contended that in the order dated 17.09.2025 a wrong citation of the Hon'ble Supreme Court has been mentioned.

4. Taking into consideration the aforesaid submissions

Paragraph-5 of the order be modified incorporating the judgment of Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Yusuf v. State reported in AIR 2023 SC 5041.

5. The I.A. is accordingly disposed of.
