      05.          1.       This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Mr. S.N. Biswal, learned Additional Standing Counsel on instruction submits that neither any appeal was filed under Section 54 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for brevity, 'the Act, 1894') against the judgment passed in L.A. Reference Case No. 53 of 2016 passed by the learned Senior Civil Judge, Rairangpur, Mayurbhanj nor any SLP is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court against the said judgment. However, SLPs against the judgment passed by this Court in appeal under Section 54 of the Act, 1894 under the same land acquisition notification are pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, he prays for an adjournment to take definite instruction as to whether there is any legal impediment for releasing the amount directed to be paid in terms of L.A. Reference Case No. 53 of 2016 in favour of the Petitioners.
