01.   1.      Heard    learned   counsel    for   the   Petitioner,

learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Informant.

2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with Spl. G.R. Case No.98 of 2025 pending on the file of learned 6th ADJ-cum-POCSO, Bhadrak, arising out of Chandbali P.S. Case No.309 of 2025 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 137(2)/74/75/76/3(5) of BNS read with Section 8 of the POCSO Act.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that taking into account the nature of allegations, the Petitioner may be protected by pre- arrest bail.

4. Learned counsel for the State as well as Informant oppose the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

5. This Court perused the statement of the victim recorded under Section 183 of BNSS.

6. Taking note of the same and keeping in view the judgment of the Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation & another, (2022) 10 SCC 51 relating to the parameters of considering of an anticipatory bail application, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.

7. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

8. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.
