02. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. In view of the office note, notices on the Opposite Parties are held to be sufficient.
3. Though the date of appearance was fixed to 10.09.2025, the Opposite Parties go unrepresented when the matter is called.
4. However, to give further opportunity to the Opposite Parties, the matter stands adjourned, to be listed in the week commencing from 20th October, 2025.
5. As an interim measure, operation of the impugned judgment dated 07.01.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Jajpur in Cr. P. No.116 of 2023 shall remain stayed till the next date, subject to the Petitioner-husband paying Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) only to the Opposite Party No.1-wife within three weeks' hence in shape of demand draft, so also acting in terms of impugned judgment dated 07.01.2025 in Cr. P. No.116 of 2023 by
paying Rs.5,000/- (rupees five thousand) only per month to the Opposite Party No.1-wife towards her maintenance.
6. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted as per rules.
