01. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, a typographical error has crept in the prayer portion of the revision petition. The date of Judgment has been incorrectly typed as "18.07.2021", instead of "18.07.2025". Accordingly, an oral prayer is made to direct office to carry out the correction.

3. Office is directed to carry out necessary correction to the said effect, as prayed for.

4. Heard learned Counsel for the Petitioner.

5. Issue notice on admission to the Opposite Party by Speed Post with A.D. fixing a short returnable date, indicating therein that the matter is likely to be disposed of at the stage of admission. Requisites be filed by Friday (19.09.2025).

6. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 3rd November, 2025.

7. Tracking report of notice to the Opposite Party be kept

on record before the next date of listing.
