Order No.
06. This Review Petition is directed against the judgment dated 02.05.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.28873 of 2023, whereby the Division Bench of this Court while setting aside the impugned letter No.15738 dated 15th October, 2022 and 21st December, 2022 communicating the adverse remark in the CCR of the writ petitioner allowed the writ petition.
In the Review Petition, the petitioners are seeking for recalling of the judgment under challenge and for setting the writ petition for hearing afresh.
This Review Petition is heard along with another Review Petition filed by the petitioners being RVWPET No.160 of 2025, whereby the disciplinary action taken against the opposite party No.1 by the petitioners was set aside.
Mrs. Pami Rath, learned Senior Advocate appearing for the petitioners fairly submitted that separate hearing of the present Review Petition may not be essential because the outcome of the present Review Petition would be contingent upon the outcome of the RVWPET No.160 of 2025.
Today by way of a separate detailed judgment,
this Division Bench has dismissed the RVWPET No.160 of 2025. As a consequence of which, the present Review Petition also fails. Moreover, the grounds taken by the petitioners to highlight the apparent error alleged to have been cropped into the judgment dated 02.05.2025 is not coming under the scope of Order 47 Rule 1 of C.P.C.
Therefore, on merits as well, the Review Petition deserves no merit. Hence, the same is dismissed.
