01.   1.      Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and
      learned counsel for the State.

2. The Petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in connection with G.R. Case No.144 of 2023 pending on the file of learned J.M.F.C., Rajnagar arising out of Rajnagar P.S. Case No.130 of 2023 for commission of offences punishable under Sections 341/ 323/ 324/ 307/ 354/ 34 of IPC.

3. This is the third journey of the Petitioner to this Court.

4. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that in the meanwhile all the co-accused have been released on bail on surrendering. Hence, the Petitioner may be protected by pre-arrest bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer, inter alia, on the ground that there is no

change in circumstances from the last order dated 20.08.2025 in ABLAPL No.9269 of 2025.

6. Taking into account that all the co-accused have been released on bail and keeping the judgment of the Apex Court in the case Satender Kumar Antil vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2022) 10 SCC 51 more particularly paragraph 98 thereof, this Court directs that on surrendering within three weeks hence and moving for bail, the Petitioner shall be released on bail by the learned Court in seisin on such terms as deemed just and proper.

7. It is needless to state that the Petitioner shall cooperate with the ongoing investigation.

8. Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands disposed of.

9. U.C.C. as per rules.
