  12.       1.     This Revision Petition is of July, 2001. The impugned judgment

convicting the Petitioners was upheld by the appellate court.

2. The Petitioners are enjoying suspension of the sentence as well as fine imposed against them since the order passed by this Court on 17.07.2001.

3. Mr. R.K. Sahoo, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners prays for an adjournment of the matter today. This matter relates to misappropriation of public money.

4. List this Revision on the next available Bench after the ensuing Durga Puja Holidays for hearing, as prayed for by Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the Petitioners.

5. The interim order passed earlier dated 17.07.2001 shall continue till the next date.
