01. I.A. No.483 of 2025 & MATA No.337 of 2025

1. The Appellant-Husband is before this Court challenging the judgment and decree dated 07.07.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri in C.P. Case No.104 of 2023. By the said judgment and decree, the learned Judge, Family Court, Puri has allowed the petition filed by the Appellant-Husband under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 by directing the dissolution of marriage between the Appellant and Respondent solemnized on 11.07.2017.

2. The appellant-husband is satisfied with the decree in part that granting decree of divorce, however, he has challenged the other part granting permanent alimony Rs.10,00,000/- to be paid to the Respondent-Wife- Opposite Party in the CP.

3. Learned counsel for the appellant has adjournment to obtain instruction since the appellant is resisting a grant of permanent alimony which is in the nature of money decree, he has to secure the said decree for issuance of notice by this Court in the present appeal.

4. List under the heading 'For Orders' on 15th December, 2025.
