1. The Appellant-Wife is before this Court challenging the judgment and decree dated 02.09.2025 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Nayagarh in C.P. Case No.159 of 2024. By the said judgment and decree, the CP filed by the Respondent-Husband under Section 13(1)(i-a) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 seeking dissolution of marriage with the Appellant-Wife solemnized on 02.02.2017 was allowed and the marriage between the appellant and husband has been dissolved.
2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant.
3. I.A. No.615 of 2025 has been filed by the Appellant for condonation of reported delay of 06 days in filing the appeal.
4. Issue notice to the Respondent in the appeal as well as in the I.A. by Speed Post with A.D. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within five working days. One set of postal requisites along with process fee shall be accepted.
5. List this matter after Service Return. Liberty to mention.
