1. Heard Mr. Biswa Bhusan Agasti, learned counsel for the Petitioners.
2. This CMP has been filed challenging the judgment dated 06.05.2025 passed by the learned District Judge, Bhadrak in F.A.O. No. 98 of 2024 (Annexure-5) confirming the order dated 11.07.2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Chandbali in I.A. No. 10/2024 (arising out of C.S. No. 21/2024), (Annexure-4).
3. Issue notice on the question of admission to the Opposite Parties indicating therein that the matter shall be disposed of at the stage of admission. The notice shall be made returnable within four weeks.
4. Requisites for issuance of notice to the Opposite Parties through Speed Post with A.D shall be filed by 17.11.2025.
5. List this case in the week commencing 12.01.2026 along with the postal tracking reports.
