THE HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR MOHAPATRA

                                            ORDER

07.11.2025 Order No.

01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. As the Contemnors No.2 to 6 are not necessary party, office is directed to delete them from the cause list of the contempt application.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the Contemnor that a batch of SLPs filed by the State-Opposite Parties challenging the very same order which is sought to be implemented by virtue of the present contempt application has been disposed of by the Hon'ble Supreme Court with a lead matter bearing SLP(C) No.2146 of 2024 (State of Odisha vs. Sudhansu Sekhar Jena) vide order dated 21.02.2025. The common

order passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 21.02.2025 contained certain directions to be carried out by the State- Opposite Parties. The order sought to be implemented through this contempt application is also squarely covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court passed in Sudhansu Sekhar Jena's case (supra).

4. In view of the aforesaid position, the present contempt proceeding is being disposed of by granting four weeks' time to the Contemnor to comply with the direction of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Sudhansu Sekhar Jena's case (supra) to the extent the same is applicable to the case of the present Petitioner and the same shall be subject to the outcome of the W.A. No.1996 of 2024.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the CONTC is disposed of.
