04. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Though notice on admission was issued to Opposite Party Nos.1 & 2, the same has returned undelivered with the postal endorsement "Addressee left, hence return to sender".
3. In view of the said Office Note so also the judgments of the apex Court in Madan and Co. Vrs. Wazir Jaivir Chand, reported in (1989) 1 SCC 264 and AIR 1989 SC 630 and C.C. Alavi Haji Vrs. Palapetty Muhammed, reported in (2007) 6 SCC 55, service of notices on the said Opposite Parties is held to be sufficient.
4. However, to give further opportunity to the Opposite Parties, the matter stands adjourned, to be
listed in the week commencing from 26th January, 2026.
5. In the meantime, Office is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the learned Judge, Family Court-II, Bhubaneswar, who shall communicate the same to the Opposite Parties, who is the Petitioner in CRP No.58 of 2016 or her counsel, who was representing her in the said proceeding and report compliance before the next date of listing.
