2. Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, the subject matter of the present lis is squarely covered by the judgments delivered by the Coordinate Bench in W.P.(C) No.37972 of 2020 (Sarojakanta Mohapatra and others Vs. State of Odisha and others) so also other cases.

3. Learned State Counsel prays for an adjournment to take instruction regarding the correctness of the submission made by learned Counsel for the Petitioner, which is allowed.

4. The matter be listed along with W.P.(C) No.27373 of 2017 in the week commencing from 8th December, 2025, as prayed for.
