03. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Heard.

3. Admit.

4. Since the Informant is represented by his counsel, no notice is required to be served on learned counsel for the Informant. Extra copy of the appeal memo has served on learned counsel for the Informant.

5. Learned counsel for the State shall take soft copy of the deposition by providing Pendrive to the Office.

6. This I.A. has been filed for stay realization of fine.

7. Heard.

8. As an interim measure, it is directed that realization of the fine as directed by the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge- cum-Special Court under POCSO Act, Jajpur, in C.T. Spl. POCSO No.45 of 2022/ Trial No.373 of 2023 shall remain stayed till disposal of the application.

9. On perusal of the record, it appears that the Appellant was released on bail at the time of pronouncement of the judgment by the learned trial Court vide order dated 09.04.2025 and till date he has not surrendered. Learned counsel for the Appellant submitted that the Appellant will surrender and produce the surrender certificate before this Court.

10. Awaiting such surrender certificate the hearing of the bail application is deferred to the week commencing 01.12.2025.

11. List this matter in the week commencing 01.12.2025.
