09. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. A Compliance affidavit has been filed by the Opposite Parties-Contemnors enclosing copy of office order dated 15.11.2025 whereby, the petitioner was re-engaged as Junior Teacher at Chandrabhaga Project Primary School under Gop block in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in the connected writ application.

3. Since the order has been complied with, nothing further remains to be decided in the contempt application which is therefore, dropped.

4. If the petitioner feels aggrieved in any manner by the order so passed, it shall be open to him to approach the appropriate legal forum for redressal thereof.
