05. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. Learned State counsel has produced copy of letter dated 30.04.2025 of the Addl. Secretary to Government in Department of School & Mass Education addressed to the Director of Elementary Education. It is stated that decision has been taken to implement the judgment passed by this Court in the connected writ application.

3. As such, the Director has been requested to take appropriate immediate steps. Further, the Finance Department has also given concurrence.

4. List this matter on 8th May, 2025.

5. The State counsel shall file compliance affidavit in Court.
