About the Centre for Environmental Law, Policy and Research
Established in August 2016, the Centre for Environmental Law, Policy, and Research promotes legal education, research, and extension activities in the field of environmental law.
The Centre undertakes academic and policy-oriented projects aimed at fostering meaningful dialogue and generating constructive insights on contemporary environmental challenges.
About the Collective for Environmental Action (CEA)
The Collective for Environmental Action is a student-led initiative functioning under the aegis of the Centre. It seeks to engage the student community on environmental issues, with a special focus on climate change and environmental policy.
Through reading circles, research initiatives, and the CEA Blog, the Collective aims to promote awareness and academic engagement. It also plans future initiatives such as an e-survey on the carbon footprints of higher education institutions across India, beginning with the Delhi-NCR region.
About the Blog
The CEA Blog focuses on environmental law and policy, with a particular emphasis on emerging climate change discourse. It also encourages interdisciplinary contributions across related fields to ensure a broader academic perspective and inclusive participation.
The blog aims to provide a platform for diverse voices and informed dialogue on environmental issues.
