Order No. 27.03.2025 01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid

The Office note indicates that there is delay of ten days in filing this jail criminal appeal.
After hearing the learned counsel for the State and since it is a case where the appellant has been sentenced to life imprisonment, we are inclined to condone the delay in filing the jail criminal appeal.

appellant.
Registry is directed to intimate the appellant about the engagement of the counsel.
Let a copy of the prisoner's petition as well as the copy of the impugned judgment be provided to the learned counsel for the State.
