2. Heard learned counsel appearing for the Contemnor.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Contemnor that challenging the judgment passed by the learned Single Judge Bench, the State-Opposite Parties have preferred a writ appeal bearing W.A. No.2652 of 2024.

4. In such view of the matter, learned counsel for the Contemnor

is granted four weeks' time to take steps for early listing of the writ appal and obtaining an interim order.
