08. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.

2. Heard.

3. Perused the Stamp Reporting. Since the present appeal was filed on 20.05.2024 challenging the judgment dated 12.04.2023, this Court finds that Stamp Reporting has been wrongly made.

4. In view of the same, Registry is directed to cause fresh Stamp Reporting and list this matter on 28.03.2025.
