07. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. It is stated at the Bar that these matters should be placed before the assigned Bench in view of the judgment of the Apex Court in Shekhar Prasad Mahto @ Shekhar Kushwaha Vrs. Registrar General, Jharkhand High Court and another; WP(Crl.) No.55 of 2025 decided on 07.02.2025. In the aforesaid submission and taking into account the judgment of Apex Court in Shekhar Prasad Mahto@ Shekhar Kushwaha (supra), the DR (Judicial) is requested to place these matters before the Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice for appropriate instruction for assigning these matters to appropriate Bench.
