2. Mr. Swayambhu Mishra, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State prays for further adjournment to take instructions from the Water Resources Department, Government of Odisha with regard to the sanction of compensation pursuant to the judgment dated 20th February, 2024 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Nuapada in LAR No. 21 of 2019.

3. Put up this matter on 15th July, 2025.

4. Instructions, if any, shall be obtained in the meantime positively, failing which the Court may take coercive measure against the erring Officer in accordance with law.
