This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

2. The I.A. has been filed seeking modification of Judgment dated 13.03.2024, inter alia, for modification manner of visitation right of the mother to be exercised.

3. Mr. Bahali, learned counsel for the opposite party (opposite party no.5 in WPCRL No.5 of 2024) submits that he shall obtain instruction.

4. Ms. Panda undertakes to serve copy of the I.A. on Mr. Bahali during course of the day.

5. List this matter on 15th of July, 2025 on which date, both the parties shall remain present along with their respective counsel.
