01. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. In course of hearing Mr. G. Rout, learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the ratio in the case of National Highway Authority of India vs. Resham Singh and batch of cases of Punjab & Haryana High Court. In the said judgment the Punjab & Haryana High Court relied upon the case of Union of India vs. Tarsem Singh and held that in spite of provision under Section 3-G(6) of National Highways Act, 1956, a petition under Article 226 and 227 is maintainable against an award of the arbitrator passed under Section 3G (5) of the said Act. He prays for an adjournment to place on record relevant case law in support of his submission.
