03. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. This CONTC was filed by the petitioner only for non-

compliance of the direction given in the WP(C) No.4922 of 2025.

3. Today, the learned Addl. Standing Counsel for the State

submitted a Xerox copy of the final order dated 10.03.2025 passed in

Registration Misc. Appeal No.01/2024 by the A.D.M(R), Jajpur

about the disposal of the Registration Misc. Appeal No.01 of 2024

after complying the direction given by this Court in WP(C) No.4922

of 2025.

4. As, the final order dated 20.02.2025 passed in WP(C)

No.4922 of 2025 has already been complied with, for which, there is

no necessity to continue with this CONTC filed by the petitioner.

5. Therefore, this CONTC filed by the petitioner is

disposed of finally due to the passing of the final Judgment/order on

dated 10.03.2025 in Registration Misc. Appeal No.01 of 2024 by the

A.D.M(R), Jajpur.

6. Urgent certified copy of this Order be granted to the

petitioner on proper application.
