01. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

3. The petitioner has filed the present writ application with the following prayer:-
"Under this circumstances, It is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to admit this case and issue notice to the opposite parties to file their show cause as to why the case of the petitioner shall not be allowed and after hearing the parties, the case of the petitioner be allowed and direction be given to the opposite parties i.e. more particularly 1,2 and 3 for regularisation of the services of the petitioner from the date of his initial appointment and to give him all other consequential and financial benefits within a stipulated period by disposing his representation vide Annexure-7 dated 20.11.2024 taking into the ratio laid down in case of Api Dangua and others of the same office within a stipulated period;
Xx xx xx xx"
4. It is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case of the petitioner is squarely covered by the ratio laid down in the judgment of this Court in the case of Smt. Api Dangua and others -Versus- The Registrar, Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology & Others in W.P.(C) No.20311 of 2020. He further contended that the aforesaid order of this Court has been affirmed by the Hon'ble Apex Court on an appeal preferred by the State-opposite parties.
He further contended that the petitioner has already approached the opposite party no.1 by filing a representation on 20.11.2024 under Annexure-7 to the writ petition but the same is still pending for taking a final decision on it.
5. Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, contended that since the petitioner has already approached the opposite party no.1 by filing the representation under Annexure-7 as is evident from the pleadings made in the present writ application, he will have no objection in the event this Court directs the opposite party no.1 to consider the case of the petitioner in a time bound manner and strictly in accordance with.
6. Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts; further keeping in view the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties and on a careful scrutiny of the documents available on record, this Court thinks it proper to dispose of the present writ application at the stage of admission by directing the opposite party no.1 to consider the representation dated 20.11.2024 of the petitioner under Annexure-7 and dispose of the same strictly in accordance with law by applying the ratio decided by this Court
in the case of Smt. Api Dangua (Surpa) within a period of two weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of today's order.
It is needless to say that the final decision so taken on the representation of the petitioner shall be communicated to the petitioner within a period of seven days from the date of taking such decision.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
