01. 1. By means of this application, the Petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court for a direction to the Opposite Party Nos.3 and 4 to take appropriate action for execution of the NBW passed on 10.03.2025 by the learned Judge, Family Court-1, Bhubaneswar in connection with Criminal Execution No.11 of 2024 arising out of the judgment dated 22.09.2023 passed in Criminal Proceeding No.32 of 2023.

2. Needless to say that the Court passing the order of NBW is responsible for execution of the same by resorting to the relevant provisions under law and as such this Court is not inclined to pass any direction herein.

3. The CRLMP stands disposed of.
