2. Heard learned counsel for the Appellant.

5. This is an application for staying the realization of fine amount.
6. Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner-Appellant as well as learned Additional Standing Counsel appearing for the State- Respondent.
7. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel
for the Petitioner-Appellant, it is directed that realization of fine amount under the impugned judgment in C.T. No.80 of 2019 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Jagatsinghpur shall remain stayed till the next date.
8. The interlocutory applications have been filed by the Petitioner-Appellant seeking his release on bail.
9. Put up this interlocutory application immediately after receipt of TCR.
