2. This CONTC arises out of the judgment/order dated
30.03.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.5133 of 2022 and also the
order dated 17.11.2022 passed in CONTC No.5962 of 2022.
3. Heard.
4. During course of the hearing, learned counsel for the
Opposite Party(s)/ Contemnor(s), on instruction, submits
that the order dated 30.03.2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.5133
of 2022 and also the order dated 17.11.2022 passed in
CONTC No.5962 of 2022 has already been complied with
in the meantime. Hence, nothing survives in this CONTC
to be adjudicated upon by this Court any further.
5. In such view of the matter, this CONTC is disposed of
