2. Though this matter has been listed under the heading "For Referral to the Special Mediation Drive-Mediation 'For the Nation', learned Counsel for the Petitioner is absent on call.
3. However, Mr. S.K. Barik, learned Proxy Counsel, on behalf of Mr. R.K. Satpathy, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party is present and files a photocopy of the certified copy of the judgment dated 24.12.2022 passed in C.P. No.291 of 2012 along with a memo bearing signature of Mr. Satpathy and submits, since the order impugned in the present writ petition is arising out of C.P. No.291 of 2012, which has already been disposed of since 24.12.2022, the writ petition has become infructuous. The memo filed in Court be kept on record.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of as infructuous.
