2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is present.

3. Pursuant to order dated 03.07.2025, a report has been submitted by the learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack vide Letter No.570 dated 24.07.2025, wherefrom it is revealed that in view of the judgment of the Supreme Court in Asian Resurfacing of Road Agency vrs. Central Bureau of Investigation, passed in Cr. Appeal No.1375-1376 of 2013, the learned Court below resumed further proceeding in C.P. No.398 of 2018, which was dismissed for default on 8.4.2024 due to non-appearance of the petitioner.

4. In view of such report, the TRP(C) stands disposed of as infructuous.
