16. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. Heard Mr. P.K.Satapathy, learned counsel for the appellants, and Mr. B. Panigrahi, learned counsel for the Respondent on the question of admission. Perused the judgments passed by the lower appellate Court as well as the trial Court.

3. Considering the submissions and the grounds raised, the RSA is admitted on the following substantial questions of law;

(i) Whether the Courts below were correct in decreeing the suit for title of the

Plaintiff based on the will despite omission of the testatrix to state reasons as to why her other sons were divested of the property by her?

4. No notice need be issued as the Respondent has entered appearance through counsel. Copy of the appeal memo has already been served upon him.

5. Call for the L.C.R. List this matter in the month of November, 2025.

17. 1. Modifying the order passed on 10.7.2014, this Court directs both parties to maintain status quo with regard to the suit property as on date till the next date.
