This matter is taken up through Hybrid Mode.

2. This Interlocutory Application has come to be filed citing non-implementation of the judgment dated 20.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.21705 of 2019.

3. As it appears, on 07.03.2025 at the request of the learned Additional Government Advocate, the matter stood adjourned to 07.04.2025 for filing objection to this I.A. On 07.04.2025, when the matter was taken up, on a similar prayer, the matter was directed to be placed on 14.05.2025. On 15.05.2025 an elaborate order was passed in presence of the counsel for both the sides. On the said date, the learned Additional Government Advocate sought for further accommodation to furnish steps taken to comply with the direction contained in the judgment dated 20.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.21705 of 2019. Though the matter was directed to be listed on 25.06.2025, the matter is listed today.

When the matter is taken up today, Sri Prem Kumar Mohanty, learned Additional Standing Counsel sought for further accommodation to file objection to the I.A. and also apprise this Court with regard to steps taken for implementation of the judgment dated 20.02.2025. Since on earlier occasions, this Court has shown indulgence to furnish objection and place instructions with regard to steps taken as aforesaid, this Court is not inclined to grant any further opportunity.

5. However, list this matter on 28.07.2025 to place on record the steps taken by the Authorities concerned with regard to compliance of the directions contained in the judgment dated 20.02.2025 passed in W.P.(C) No.21705 of 2019.
