01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. None appears for the petitioner in BLAPL No.6378 of 2025, but Mr. Mr. Ramesh Chandra Maharana, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the petitioner has been implicated in another case of similar nature, but he has been acquitted in that case, but he would produce the copy of the judgment of that case by the next date.

3. On the other hand Mr. Manas Kumar Chand, learned counsel for the petitioner also prays to take up all the three matters on a single day.

4. Accordingly, list these matters in the week commencing from 11.08.2025.
