06. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical) Mode.
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties.
3. This appeal has been filed by the Appellant challenging Judgment dtd.19.11.2019 so passed by the learned 2nd Addl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-4th MACT, Puri in MAC Case No.278-389 of 2010-2009. Vide the said Judgment, claim application filed by the appellant was dismissed.
4. However, in course of hearing, learned counsel for the appellant contended that appellant has got the right to get the Solacium from the appropriate authority and // 2 //
liberty be given to him to move appropriate application in that regard.
5. Considering the submission and without interfering with the impugned judgment, the Appeal stands disposed of with the liberty as prayed for.
