2. Heard from the learned counsel for the appellant on the point of admission.

3. This Appeal is admitted on formulation of the following substantial question of law i.e.:-

Whether the judgments and decrees passed by the Trial Court and First Appellate Court giving observations refusing the prayer of the plaintiff/appellant to declare him as the adopted son of the deceased defendant No.1 Gulthi Kisanin is sustainable under law?

4. Issue notice to the respondent.

5. Learned counsel for the appellant is directed to file requisites for issuance of notice to the respondent.

6. Registry is directed to call for the photocopies of the LCRs from the concerned learned District Judge within a week positively for early disposal of the 2nd appeal.
