  01.       1.       Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the
            State.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed by the Petitioner with the following prayer:-

"It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to admit this writ petition issue notice to Opp. parties especially Opp. party No.3 to file show cause as to why the petitioner shall not be allowed to continue in his post of Testing Operator, OMFED Chiling plant Tarava and if the Opp. Parties fail to show sufficient cause then the Writ Petition be allowed directing the Opp. Parties to re-instate the petitioner in his post of Testing Operator, OMFED Chiling plant Tarava taking into consideration the Judgment dated 10.05.2024 under Annexure-2 within a stipulated period.

And / or in the alternative direct the Opp. Party No.3 to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 09.07.2024 within a stipulated period. And pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as deem fit and proper to the facts and circumstances of the case to give complete relief to the petitioner."

3. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner since the representation of the Petitioner is pending before the Opposite Party No.3 and no response has been received as yet, it is directed that the Opposite Party No.3 shall dispose of the representation of the Petitioner within a period of three months on furnishing a certified copy of this order and to communicate the result thereof within two weeks thereafter.

However, this Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of this case.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
