01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. This revision by the petitioner-husband is directed against the impugned judgment dated 21.06.2024 passed by the learned Judge, Family Court, Berhampur, Ganjam in C.R.P. No.314 of 2021 by which the husband has been directed to pay a sum of Rs.9,000/- per month to the OP-wife towards her monthly maintenance w.e.f. date 07.12.2021.

3. Heard, Mr. Sameer Kumar Mishra, learned Senior Counsel appearing along with Mr. Jagjiban Pradhan, learned counsel for the petitioner in the matter and perused the record.

4. This revision has been filed with a delay of 04 days and accordingly, I.A. No. 430 of 2024 has been filed. Issue notice on admission in RPFAM as well as

on limitation in I.A. No.430 of 2024 against OP through Speed Post/ Registered Post with AD by fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice shall be filed within three working days.

5. List this matter on 14th February, 2025.
