2. In course of his argument, learned counsel for the Petitioner referred to the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Yusuf @ Asif v. State, reported in 2023 LiveLaw (SC) 890.

3. On the request of the learned counsel for the State, list this case in the week commencing 3rd February, 2025.

4. Learned counsel for the State shall examine with regard to contention of the learned counsel for the Petitioner that Section 52-A of the NDPS Act has not been complied with in this case.
