06. 1. Heard Mr. P.K. Dash, learned counsel for the Petitioners and Ms. B.L. Tripathy, learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State-Opposite Parties.

2. Ms. Tripathy, learned A.S.C. submits upon instruction that, though the case of Laxmidhar Sahoo has been regularized pursuant to the judgment of this Court, confirmed by Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, but present Petitioners are not situating

Location: High Court of Orissa, Cuttack Date: 09-Jan-2025 14:04:00 similar to said Laxmidhar Sahoo since they were not appointed against any sanctioned post. Further, such regularization of Laxmidhar Sahoo is subject to decision in Review Petition (C) Diary No.27445 of 2023 pending before Hon'ble Supreme Court.

3. Learned State Counsel is directed to file an affidavit in terms of the instructions within a period of two weeks from today and copy of the same may be served on the counsel for the Petitioners. The Petitioners are at liberty to submit their reply, if any, to said affidavit.

4. List this matter on 17th March 2025.
