2. Heard Mr. T.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the appellant.
3. Perused the impugned judgments. Considering the submissions made and the grounds raised, the second appeal is admitted on the following substantial question of law.
"Whether the appellate Court was correct in reversing the judgment and decree of the trial Court without giving any specific finding with regard to the claim of partition?."
4. No notice need be issued to the respondent Nos. 1 to 3, who have already entered appearance through Mr. P.K. Mohapatra, learned counsel. Let adequate numbers of copies of the appeal memo be served upon him.
5. Issue notice to the remaining respondents by registered post with A.D. returnable within four weeks. Requisites be filed within a week.
6. Call for the LCR.
7. List this matter in the week commencing 17th March, 2025.
