2. Mr. Panda, learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits, the case of the present Petitioner Association is covered by the Judgment passed by the Coordinate Bench in The Management, Berhampur Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. Vs. State of Odisha & others, reported in 2018 (II) ILR-CUT-671.

3. Mr. Sahoo, learned Counsel for the Opposite Party No.2-Bank prays for an adjournment to examine the said Judgment so also to have his further say and to file written notes of submission with citations.

4. The matter be listed in the week commencing from 27th January, 2025, as prayed for.

5. Since the Counter has been filed by the Opposite Party No.2-Bank after filing of the written notes of submission by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner, learned Counsel for the Petitioner is permitted to file Additional Written Notes of Submission, as prayed for, before the next date of listing.
