21.02.2025 Order No.

01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner, at the outset, submitted that being aggrieved by non-implementation of the judgment dated 03.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26321 of 2021, the Petitioner has approached this Court by filing the present contempt application. 3. Learned counsel for the Contemnor, on the other hand, sought for some time to implement the order of this Court in the event the same attains finality.

4. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned counsels appearing for the respective parties, this Court grants further six weeks time to the Contemnors to implement the order dated judgment dated 03.08.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.26321 of 2021, if the same attains finality, failing which, the Contemnors will be asked to appear before this Court and shall have to face consequences for non-compliance of the order passed by this Court.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction the contempt petition is disposed of.
