Since the appellant-petitioner seeks for bail against the conviction and sentence of the appellant for rigorous imprisonment of 20 years, the State Counsel is permitted to file written objection to the bail application of the appellant-petitioner in terms of the judgment passed by the Apex Court in Atul Tripathi v. State of Uttar Pradesh & Others; (2014) 9 SCC 177. The State counsel is also requested to ensure intimation to the victim by next date.
