      03.                 1.      This matter is taken up through Hybrid

Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

2. The sole grievance of the petitioners is for refusal to grant maintenance to petitioner No.1 by the learned trial Court under the impugned judgment in an application U/S. 125 of the CrPC on the main ground of petitioner No.1 not residing with her husband.

3. Heard Mr.Raju Kumar Satpathy, learned counsel for the petitioner.

4. Issue notice on admission in RPFAM to opposite party through Speed Post/Registered Post with AD by fixing a short returnable date. Requisites for issuance of notice against opposite party shall be filed within three working days.
