WA No. 3317 of 2024 and I.A. no.8584 of 2024 Order No.
01. 1. Ms. Jena, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant-
appellant and submits, her client is aggrieved by judgment dated 31st
July, 2024, by which the learned single Judge refused to interfere with
the minor penalty imposed on her client, to dismiss the writ petition.
The appeal was presented on reported delay of 69 days. Application
has been made for condonation.
2. Issue notice along with this order on the application and
appeal. Accept one set of process fee for service by registered/speed
post with A.D. Applicant will put in requisites.
3. List on 10th March, 2025.
