01. 1. Heard Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. Instant contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the Court's judgment in MSA No. 02 of 2014 till date.

3. Considering the submission of Mr. Rath, learned counsel for the petitioner, notice to the opposite parties/contemnor by registered post with A.D. returnable at an early date and for the said purpose, learned counsel for the petitioner shall file the requisites within next seven days positively.

4. List this matter on 21st March, 2024 and in the meantime, opposite party/contemnor shall comply the judgment in MSA No. 02 of 2014 if not already complied with and to submit the compliance report on the date fixed.
