05. 1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode. . 2. This is an application for condonation of delay of 338 days pointed out by the SR.
3. It is stated that the review application was filed in time but the same was not accompanied by certified copy of the judgment sought to be reviewed. The same was filed on 18.04.2024.Therefore, according to learned counsel for the petitioner, the delay is on technical ground.
4. Learned State counsel has no serious objection to the delay being condoned.
5. Considering the submissions the delay in filing the review application is hereby condoned.
